TrueLoop Compute is operated by NEOTECH Inc. (Port Coquitlam, British Columbia, Canada). This policy explains what we collect and why. It is written plainly and kept short on purpose.
When you request an evaluation key we collect your email address, organization name, and the timestamp and IP address of your request — the last two as proof of terms acceptance. When you run the runtime, your client sends a configuration vector and a scalar score to our endpoint per round; these are used only to compute the next update and are not retained beyond the session. We do not collect or store your underlying problem data, objective functions, or measurements.
We do not sell or rent your information. We do not serve advertising. We do not use your data to train models. We do not share your information with third parties except the processors named below, strictly to operate the service.
We use Stripe for payment processing, Resend for transactional email, and Fly.io for hosting. Each receives only the data necessary to perform its function (for example, Stripe receives billing details you enter at checkout; we never see your full card number).
License records (email, organization, key status) are retained while your license is active and for a reasonable period afterward for support and accounting. Per-round computation data is not retained beyond the session. You may request deletion of your account records at any time.
To access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or for any privacy question, email matthew@trueloopcompute.com. We respond to verified requests promptly.
If this policy changes materially we will update this page. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
